Find A group

We’ve designed our app around Groups, which are a collections of plans. Plans are single day routines that contain a sequence of resets from every Level of RPR. They include follow-along video, voice & text instruction, and require no advanced knowledge to complete.

We have plans that target sport-specific compensation patterns, pre & post competition routines, injury prevention, and even plans to aid injury rehabilitation. There are also plans for the everyday user like relieving a tight lower back or resetting your body after a long flight. The idea is simple: unlock the power of your own RPR coach for sport, for life, or for any goal!

All users are a part of the ‘Daily Resets’ group which includes free plans. New sport groups will be added weekly along with new plans. Coming soon: Baseball, Basketball, & Endurance Running…


How to use the app:

  • Download from Apple or Google Play Stores

  • Login

  • Under Groups, select ‘Daily Resets’

  • Find a plan & select start! (All plans are single day routines with a specific purpose or goal)

  • Follow along with the sequence of videos. All videos have verbal guidance and additional text instructions on screen
