RPR® Level 1 will change the way you look at the human body. RPR is a system of tactile input that communicates to the nervous system that it is safe to use or recruit a specific muscle (system). The nervous system can act as a governor, limiting movement and muscle recruitment as a form of protection. Most humans walking around today are utilizing compensation patterns instead of moving in an optimal way. The tactile input, or Wake Up Drills you learn in Level 1 give you the tools to optimize your body.

**This is a full in-person clinic. You do not need to take the online course to attend.**
